Q. When did you decide to become a life coach?
A. I first developed an interest in coaching after high school when I had a hard time because I didn’t go to the college I dreamed of and the fate didn’t help me and I chose a major I didn’t love then also my grandma died and I was very close to her so I went through a depression and very hard time and felt like the world against me and I felt like I am lost, so then I decided to take a course in life coach and make something new and interesting and then got my certificate.

Q. Why did you choose to become a life coach?
A. So I got my certificate in life coaching from mentacrise training center, why did I choose becoming a life coach because after my depression I decided to develop it and make myself better by making a new thing and that I love helping people. I have always been the person that my friends and family come to for advice, and I feel like coaching is the perfect way to continue helping people in a more formal setting, the second reason is I am passionate about personal growth and see people’s life changing and being better.

Q. What do you love about coaching the most?
A. Well so I will begin with a small story, before I became a life coach I went to a Psychiatric hospital 10 days and I listened to people stories and I was shocked because their life was ruined and I think if this people had a chance to go to a life coach and ask help their life would been better maybe they couldn’t be in this hospital and living their life normally now so this is the first thing a loved about life coaching that to help people become better and also it makes me feel better to make someone mental health better and help them with all I can and make them feel comfortable when talking with me this is what life coaching stand for and what I loved the most the look of my clients after every session and that I left a good expression to my clients.

Q. What skills and experiences have you gained from coaching?
A. I gained a lot of skills and experiences from life coaching; from every client I worked with I had a different experience, life coaching was the reason that I got over my depression with every client felt better after ever session I also felt better, listening to them was a relief to me, when at first when I started I first went to a lot of group therapies, when everyone of them talked I felt like I gained skills and experiences from every word, every action from literally everything and also I was a nervous person before I became a life coach I become a more calm person and I became to see the world from a different point of view, any problem I passed by I thought in a different way, an out of the box way, before I become I life coach my thinking was very narrow and not in the same way as now, the same actions before and after I become a life coach I handled them in a total different ways because I now know when people take actions related to their history, what happened in their life made them took these actions in these ways.

Q. What challenges have you faced while coaching others?
A. The biggest challenge that I face when the client get over details and the story they tell feel un completed but it’s a bit normal because telling the whole story take time and I try to make them feel comfortable, and If I felt like a client was not being honest with me, I would first ask them why they were hesitant to talk about something. Sometimes people are just nervous or uncomfortable sharing personal details, so I would do my best to make them feel more at ease, If they still did not want to share information, I would encourage them to think about it and let me know when they’re ready to talk, one of the biggest challenges I faced is a client was mentally and physically abused and she wanted to commit suicide and I challenged myself that after our sessions she will think in a different way and that happened.

Q. What advice would you give to someone who is struggling with making significant changes in their life?
A. my advice to anyone struggling is everything will trespass and the only thing you can’t stop is the time, I am not with the quote that say time heals, the only thing that can make you heal is yourself, any crisis you have you must stand over it and not give up, try every week to go out with yourself only, have a time with yourself to think, if you want someone to talk seek a professional help it’s normal.
