“Spend time with yourself, It is your greatest teacher.”
Quote by Dr. Jayadeva Yogendra:

“Meditation helps you control your thought flow, and accept your thoughts, and letting them go, and therefore in you daily life you become more calm, it can be done in multiple ways the most important component is lying down and breathing, it’s all about breathing, breathing is the mindfulness, it could be done with or without music, then start organizing your breathe, it helps with mind shifting, and start concentrating on your breathing, and don’t fight your thoughts either negative or positive, “we here say don’t process your thoughts, watch and don’t judge” this way our thoughts become easier and start departing, if you try to stop your thoughts it will fight back with you, you just need to let go, we always tell people with depression “you’re always remorseful about the past, and worried about what’s to come” , the power of meditation is focusing about the present moment and not think about the past or the future, meditation teaches you how to be present.”

Pros and Cons of Yoga:

Also we should mention Advantages and Disadvantages of Yoga: Yoga, in simple words, means a union between two elements; mind and body. Experts have many elaborations regarding this ancient practice. Originated in India, this technique has a bright history for over five thousand years. The exercises include a series of stretches, breathing techniques, and postures that lead to the overall development and spiritual enlightenment, as explained through ayurvedic scriptures.
Now, followed in many countries, Yoga is proving why many institutions and medical experts are nowadays emphasizing more on this practice and educating people as much as possible. Putting some light on the advantages of Yoga, here are some reasons why you should also exercise it.
History of Yoga:
Yoga is a form of moderate exercise and meditation that has extremely old roots, despite the fact that it has become somewhat of a recent trend in the West. Nobody knows exactly when to practice something like yoga first. Some believe it has its roots in the Stone Age ،The third millennium BC is when the earliest known evidence of something resembling yoga, which dates back more than 5,000 years, was discovered.
Ancient stone sculptures from the Indus Valley region of India show contemplative positions resembling those utilised in contemporary yoga. Although it might not be yoga as we currently understand it, it undoubtedly predates modern yoga. The next major milestone in the history of yoga—at least that modern scholars have found—is the Vedas, a series of spiritual texts dating back some five hundred and fifty years. Some are believed to have been written by the divine, the Vedas helped form the foundation of Hinduism and shape South Asian culture and philosophy up to the modern day.

The Vedas also contained some of the earliest yogic teachings. It should be noted that this was definitely not modern yoga. It wasn’t quite the same as what we practice today – in fact, the modern practice is more recent than you might realize. But more on that later.
The significance of the Vedic teachings in relation to Yoga is that they laid the foundation for the basic principles of Yoga. Specifically, the Vedas helped establish the ideals of physical and spiritual harmony upon which yoga is based. The term “yoga” first appears in the Katha Upanishads, a Hindu philosophical text dating back to around four hundred B.C. Yoga continued to develop over the years and diversify into a wide range of techniques and beliefs. The Yoga Sutras, a collection of yogic aphorisms, was published in the second century AD.
In sharp contrast to the previous explanation of yoga’s connection to mind-body harmony .When yoga was introduced to the West in the nineteenth century, that was the next and last significant turning point in the practice’s evolution. Swami Vivekananda, a Hindu teacher, was the person most responsible for this. He discovered a fascination with Eastern ideologies, especially yoga, among the educated elite of the time while travelling through Europe and the United States. Yoga’s tenets of mind-body harmony tie in nicely with the prevalent spiritual ideologies of today as well as the rising popularity of physical fitness and exercise routines.
Why you should pay attention to your mental health, avoid stress and burnout!
Early intervention can help to prevent the development of more serious mental health problems and can also reduce the impact of mental health problems on a person’s life. Research shows that mental health problems can lead to physical health problems, and vice versa.
Being mentally healthy has many benefits such as increased productivity, improved social skills and communication, and overall improved physical health. Good mental health allows us to enjoy our lives and contribute fully to our relationships, our jobs, and society as a whole.
Pay attention to the factors that contribute to good mental health, A stable and supportive family life, friends, and social activities are important factors in maintaining good mental health. People with mental health problems often need support from family, friends, and mental health professionals to help them cope and recover. Mental health problems can be very isolating, and support from others can be crucial. Mental health should be given the same importance as physical health. It should be included in the school curriculum, as it can help children to understand and cope with their emotions. It can also help them to develop positive relationships with others.
Here’s what you can do! Over all tips to take care of your mental health, avoid burnout and stress!
Stress management: Although it might be challenging, stress management is crucial for mental health. Identifying stresses and learning good coping mechanisms can help elevate mood and lessen stress and anxiety.
Get enough sleep. Unless your health is at stake, you have probably not been told that you are not getting enough sleep. Most adults, as they get older, only need 7-8 hours of sleep to feel rested, says Dr. Marlow. If adults fail to get this amount of sleep, they may experience fatigue, mood swings and insomnia.
Take care of yourself mentally: Deep breathing and meditation are my only form of affirmative action when it comes to managing stress, or when I find myself contemplating whether or not to engage in an unnecessary argument. It can be especially useful when you find yourself caught in a moment of stress.
Heat therapy: Heat therapies can soothe aching muscles and relieve pain. You can cure yourself to a hot bath at home or heated pool, dry heat such as warm compress, or moist heat such as a steamy sauna.
Seek professional help if needed.
